Northeast ASCD Affiliate ConferenceWe look forward to welcoming you to our 11th Anniversary Conference and provide this page detailing our registration procedures.

Participants may register for the two-day Conference (November 30th and December 1st), or the one-day Pre-Convention workshop (November 29th), or both. In addition, participants may register for an optional Author Luncheon which takes place on Friday, November 30th. Information and pricing for all these events are listed below.

Important Registration Information

All registrations are honored on a first-paid basis. Registering with a Purchase Order does not guarantee registration until fees are paid in full. Since the conference has sold out the past two year, we strongly encourage full payment at the time of registration.

Early Bird Special: Ended on October 15.

Purchase Orders: All purchase orders will be billed at regular conference rates of $428 Combo; $179 for Pre-Conference only; $289 for Conference only. Purchase orders are billed with a 30-day NET or January 5, 2008 payment date, whichever comes first. Unpaid balances beyond this date will be charged a finance charge of 1.5% monthly (18% APR).

Additional Information

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your registration you must contact the Maine ASCD office in writing no later than November 16, 2007. Cancellation refunds will be provided less a $40 processing fee. Please read the complete Cancellation Policy.

We regret ASCD PDI Vouchers are not acceptable for payment. Affiliate vouchers are not acceptable for payment.

Student Discount: Fully matriculating students (graduate or undergraduate) may register for the NEAC Conference (Nov 30 & Dec 1) at any time before November 27, 2007 for a special discounted rate of $139 per person (after November 27th, students pay regular conference rate of $289 per person.) Official verification of full matriculation (e.g., letter or statement from university faculty) must be provided. No discounts for the pre-conference workshops or other events.

On-Site Registration: Full payment is required for on-site registration. MasterCard, Visa, cash and checks are accepted on site.
