Cancellation Policy

Northeast ASCD Affiliate ConferenceProgram Cancellation: The Northeast ASCD Affiliate Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to cancel programs or sessions because of low registration or other events beyond its control.

Inclement Weather: Our policy is to NOT cancel any event unless there is a declared emergency by safety officials OR if the speaker(s) cannot make it to the event. If the event has been cancelled (or a delayed start) due to inclement weather, we will try to get an announcement onto the various TV news programs. However, given the large region, it would be best to call and check the XXXXXXXX voice mail system (XXXXXXXXXXXX) and check this website.

No Show/Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please write, fax or e-mail XXXXXX on or before November 16, 2007, to request a refund, or to arrange to send a non-registered person in your place. After November 16th, your best bet is to send some one else in your place and make sure you contact us with that person's name as there will be no refunds after this date.

Refunds/Cancellations: Individuals canceling their registration must notify XXXXXXXXX in writing (fax or e-mail acceptable) on or before November 16, 2007 in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be charged a $40 handling fee.

There will be no refunds for registrations or cancellations made after November 16th.
